The website - branded with your logo with full page customization if desired - and the operating engine are maintained on Debt Resolve's host computers. Data integration is similar to any that you're now using for file transfers; we use data feeds you probably already publish. The Patents

In December 2001, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office granted the first of five patents (U.S. Patent Nos. 6,330,551, 6,850,918, 6,954,741, 7,249,114, and 7,831,523) that protect Debt Resolve's automated, online dispute resolution method and system.  The named inventors on each of these patents are James D. Burchetta and Charles S. Brofman.  Mr. Burchetta is the Co-Chairman and a Co-Founder of Debt Resolve.  Mr. Brofman is the past President and CEO of Cybersettle, Inc., which he and Mr. Burchetta co-founded, and also a Co-Founder of our company.  Debt Resolve has an exclusive license under these patents, and under patents which are issued or pending in numerous other countries around the world, in the field of resolving disputes related to the collection of consumer debt.
