Our flagship product is our DebtResolve^® software system – an online collections tool, delivered in an ASP environment and private-labeled for use across multiple segments of the collections industry. It is licensed to banks and other credit originators, credit card issuers and third-party collection agencies, as well as assignees and buyers of charged-off consumer debt.

DebtResolve incorporates certain of the same patented bidding technology used by Cybersettle and has an exclusive license to use the systems and methods covered by the associated patents (U.S. Patent Nos. 6,330,551, 6,850,918, 6,954,741, and 7,249,114 and foreign patents) for the collection of consumer debt in the US and internationally.

First Performance Recovery Corporation is a full-service receivables management company specializing in the post-charge off collection of a variety of debt types, including bankcard, retail, installment loans, and bad checks.

First Performance has a collection center in Las Vegas, Nevada, and employs approximately 150 receivables management specialists. First Performance utilizes the utmost in state-of-the-art technology, and is ISO-27001 certified.
